How we build.
Everything considered. Nothing overlooked. A single team carries your project from the first conversation to the final detail — and tells you the truth about what it costs along the way.
We begin by listening
We start with your ideas, your everyday needs and wants, and the way you actually live — because that should define the design of your home, not the other way around. Before a line is drawn, we make sure we understand what you're really after.
Design & architecture
Our in-house design team — among the most accomplished in the region — turns that conversation into a buildable design. Because architecture and construction live under one roof, the plan is grounded in what can actually be built well, and what it will cost.
Build & craftsmanship
We build it — and we make a great deal of it ourselves. The cabinetry and architectural woodwork are designed and crafted specifically for your home. We are more than a home builder; we are craftsmen, and the build is where that shows.
From concept to final detail
One team stays accountable from concept to the last piece of trim. The result is a home where the big decisions and the small ones were made by people who knew the whole project — everything considered, nothing overlooked.
We show you the real numbers.
Christin Homes works on a true-cost, cost-plus basis. That means the actual cost of your home is open to you — materials, trades, and our fee are visible rather than buried inside a single fixed price. A fixed-price quote can look reassuring, but it hides where the money goes and what gets cut to protect the builder's margin.
Open-book pricing keeps the incentives honest: the money goes into your home, and you can see it doing so. When something changes — and on a custom home, something always changes — you see exactly what it costs before you decide.
Every project is quote-based and bespoke.
Our work typically runs $500,000 to $4 million, depending on scope, site, and finish. There's no fixed menu and no calculator — tell us your vision and your budget, and we'll be straight with you about what's realistic.
